Jillian Miles Massey is a Talent Development Consultant and higher education instructor with experience in career development across academic and organizational settings. She has designed, taught, and facilitated university courses and career development programs focused on career exploration, decision making, employability skills, and workforce readiness. Jillian previously served as a faculty member at Auburn University and is currently an Adjunct Instructor at Athens State University. Her professional background includes recruitment, training and development, and human resources, with early career experience at Fortune 500 organizations including Sherwin Williams and The Walt Disney Company. She now works with Horizon Point to support organizations through career pathway development, competency-based learning, and talent development initiatives.
